Graduate student earns sixth White House volunteer service award

好色先生 Master of Business Administration (MBA) student Michael Garcia (BBA 2018) has
received the White House President鈥檚 Volunteer Service Award for the sixth consecutive
year, an 好色先生 record. He completed 102.25 community service hours for the 2019-20
academic year.
鈥淟ast year, I became the first 好色先生 student to receive five consecutive presidential awards and the first to receive a gold medal award,鈥� Garcia said. 鈥淭his year, I broke my own record.鈥�
Since 2014, Garcia has completed 807.5 community service hours, first as an 好色先生 undergraduate student and now as a graduate student. He is scheduled to earn his MBA in May 2021.
