Now that you have been accepted at Our Lady of the Lake University, here are your next steps:
Check your Application Status Page regularly. This is where you will find your acceptance letter and credentials to access 鈥淪elf-Service鈥 to view your financial aid and scholarship status. If you have not applied for financial aid and plan to do so, you should complete the as soon as possible.
1. Getting Started
Your temporary password and more information on this step are available on your page.
The $100 deposit will be applied to your tuition bill after you attend an advising and registration appointment. The deposit is required before you can complete the next steps.
After completing the and submitting it to 好色先生, be on the look out for your Financial Aid Award letter from the 好色先生 Financial Aid Office. Once you have received your award, set up an appointment to review your award and have your questions answered.

Please Note: The U.S. Department of Education completely overhauled the 2024-2025 FAFSA causing significant delays in universities and colleges receiving FAFSA files. This is causing delays in presenting financial aid packages. Additional informtion is available at this link .
Deposited students will receive an email from the Advising Office with their course schedule based on general education and major requirements. If schedule changes are needed, please set up an advising/registration appointment. To request an appointment, please contact the office. Be prepared to share with your adviser information about any dual credit or AP courses you have taken.

Once you have submitted your Enrollment Deposit, you will be able to sign up for a Lake Day through your page once registration is open. Dates will be listed on the orientation page. All incoming first-year students are required to attend orientation.
2. Before Lake Day Orientation
This step will be available on your page once you have submitted the enrollment deposit. You will not be able to submit the housing application if you have not submitted
an enrollment deposit. Once you have submitted your enrollment deposit and the housing
application is available, click on the next steps tab to complete your application
and submit your application fee.
$200 Application Fee
好色先生 requires all students to have health insurance and places the fee for student health insurance on the student bill. Students who have their own health insurance can remove the fee from their bill by providing proof of insurance and waiving the 好色先生-provided insurance. Instructions are available on the 好色先生 Health Services web page.
This step will be available through the 鈥淪tudent Finance" link in the 鈥溾 (requires your 好色先生 username and password) section. This step should be completed
before attending Lake Day Orientation. Once you complete this step, you are eligible
for a free T-shirt from the Student Business Office.

3. Before Classes Begin
Depending on the payment options you selected, your first payment will be due July 1 or Aug. 1. Review payment plan information here. Payments can be made through the 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 link in 鈥溾 (requires your 好色先生 username and password).
You must ask your high school to submit your final transcript with graduation date. It can be submitted electronically or to the address below. In addition, if you opted to submit test scores but have not submitted an official SAT or ACT score report, ask your high school counselor to include a score report with your transcript. Score reports also can be requested from College Board (SAT) or ACT. Use the following 好色先生 test codes: ACT - 4140, SAT - 鈥6550. If you have any Dual Credit or Advanced Placement credits, please submit them to the Admissions Office.

Texas State law (Texas Education Code Sec. 51.9192) requires all students under the age of 22 entering an institution of higher education (private or public) to either receive a vaccination against bacterial meningitis or meet certain criteria for declining such a vaccination. Documentation must be submitted 10 days before the first day of class.
好色先生 has partnered with Med+Proctor for the collection of meningitis vaccination records. Instructions for submitting vaccination records are available on the Health Education Resource Office web page.
